    Llegó en la fecha estimada por el proveedor. En cuanto a funcionalidad, cumple su propósito; la primera vez que lo usé noté que al calentarse despedía un aroma a plástico nuevo (pero no ha quemado). La parte trasera del cepillo se calienta bastante, recomiendo también usar el guante que es especial para alisar el cabello con calor.

    Very quick delivery! Less than 2 weeks !! Box came a bit damaged but item inside was perfect. Nothing broken or damage. I used already and a bit disappointed. I followed instructions and it didn’t straighten up your hair perfectly. I have thin hair so, it shouldn’t be a problem with it. It leaves hair soft and shiny and that’s all. 4 stars for delivery and pretty looking item inside but that is unfortunately.

    Arrived fairly quickly. But instantly disappointed as although I ordered a GB plug (which is a 3 pin triangle) it came with a 2 pin plug that I can’t use. Contacted seller who insisted it was GB plug despite me sending pictures and was told to buy an adapter. Not happy with this response. I ordered and paid for GB why should I now pay for an adapter.
    Eventually I’ve asked for a full refund, They have agreed and I’m still waiting

    товар пришел, все работает. коробка в печальном состоянии вся мятая и перемотанна скотчем, наверно мой утюжок остался чудом целым. шнур у основания не крутиться, что доставляет при использовании некоторые не удобства. волосы выпрямляет, но гораздо уступая обычному утюжку, зато объем остаётся. если цель. чтобы волосы лежали аккуратнее и пушились во все стороны – то что надо!!! покупкой довольна.
