Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books showing clear signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, we recommend first checking your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted. You may also wish to check with your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale items
Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If payment has been completed and you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your purchase.
Exchanges
We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@waranmart.com, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.
Shipping returns
To initiate a return, please email us at support@waranmart.com with your reason for returning the item, along with a copy of your receipt. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
